Air France celebrates 3 years of La Navette in Montpellier



In 2016, Air France launched for the first time its 5th Shuttle, connecting the airport Montpellier-Mediterranean to Paris-Orly, and adding to existing lines from Toulouse, Bordeaux, Marseille and Nice.

Three years later, the bar of 1.5 millionth passenger transported on the line of La Navette Montpellier / Paris-Orly has been crossed.

Air France is the leading operator at Montpellier-Mediterranee Airport (AMM). From January to September 2019, the supply to Paris rose by 5% and the number of customers by 7%. The supply to Paris-Orly remained stable while that to Paris-Charles de Gaulle rose by 15% (+ 17% of customers).

In the winter of 2019-2020, Air France-KLM plans a further increase of its seat offer by 5% compared to the previous winter season, with the continuity of its flights program to the 3 hubs of the airline group: Paris- Orly, Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam. Since the beginning of the year, the most popular destinations from Montpellier via Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle and Amsterdam are North America (including Montreal, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles), Germany and the United Kingdom.

In total, the Air France-KLM group is offering nearly 600,000 seats from Montpellier for the winter of 2019-2020. Here is his program for the winter season:
