Users of the pay station Sky, who could not easily watch the top match between Bayern Munich and BVB, get a compensation.
After disturbing the stream: Sky compensates its customers
The pay-TV broadcaster Sky compensated as announced its customers who could not follow the Bundesliga top match between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund (4: 0) last Saturday because of disturbances in the live stream as usual. Sky ticket users who have booked a day ticket for this football match or a weekly ticket as of 3 November 2019 will receive the purchase price back.
Sky wants to contact customers directly
The affected users of a Supersport monthly ticket or Sky Go will be contacted directly by the payment sender and will receive additional Sky content as compensation or for a notable discount. This confirmed Sky to the SID. Affected customers will be contacted by the end of December at the latest.
The disturbances on the 11th Bundesliga matchday had been resolved during the second half. The live transmission via cable and satellite ran consistently without problems. Sky had apologized again on Sunday to all affected customers for the inconvenience. (Sid)
