Sevilla brings together the 336 best players in the Provincial Selection Championship for Minors and the Andalusian Master's in Padel


Seville hosts the 336 best paddle players who will compete in the Andalusian Provincial Team Championship and the Absolute Master of Andalusia in Padel, tests organized by the Andalusian Federation with the collaboration of the Seville City Council through the Municipal Sports Institute and which will have place in the facilities of La Cartuja. This is “a meeting point for all lovers of this sport, which is the final touch to the competitive season at the highest level and that attracts increasing expectation thanks to its popularity and the extensive network of spaces in the paddle that can be practiced ”, as highlighted by the delegate of Ecological Transition and Sports of the City of Seville, David Guevara, who has participated in the presentation with the president of the FAP, Miguel Galardi, Santiago Pineda, Maria Negrillo and Jose Luis Gonzalez.

The Andalusian Provincial Selection Championship will take place on Saturday, November 16 with the participation of 240 players and 16 technicians who will decide who makes up the best pair and the best combined among the minors in the community.


The best 96 athletes of the autonomous community participate in the Padel Master between November 22 and 24, a competition that will take place in a first group stage with four teams of four teams in which couples face each other in the Gold and silver modalities and in the male and female categories. The results set up a final qualifying table according to the classification.

The finals can be followed by streaming through the federation's own channels and admission will be free, so good assistance is expected for a sport that has become popular since the mid-80s thanks to the accessibility for sports profiles all types. To them is added the network of public facilities that exists in the city that has recently rehabilitated the surface of all the existing tracks along with the opening of 11 new courts in the last four years.
