On paper, the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio and the Lamborghini Urus are not quite in the same category. The first is in the category of premium family SUV, and is "satisfied" with a 3.0-liter V6 bi-turbo developing some 510 horses.
The second plays in the heart of ultra-sporty luxury SUVs, and enjoys a large V8 bi-turbo 4.0 liters developing 650 horsepower in maximum power.
But the two machines are confronted in a straight line for a short race start stopped. And as you will see, the "little" Alfa Romeo defends itself rather well against the big and overpowering Lamborghini. Thanks probably to the double-clutch gearbox that shifts faster than the Lamborghini's automatic transmission.
