What are the possible rivals of the Americas in the round of 16 of the Concacaf Champions League 2020

Concacaf announced on Wednesday the details for the Concacaf Champions League draw, which will take place on Monday, December 9 in Mexico City.

The sweepstakes for the draw were defined using "The Concacaf Scotiabank 2020 Champions League Ranking, which positions the clubs according to their country's performance during the last five seasons in the competition".

America integrates the hype 1, so its rival will be one of the teams of the hype 2, except Leon, since there can be no clashes between clubs in the same country in the round of 16.

Thus, the rival of the Eagles in the knockout stages of the Concachampions will be one of the following teams: Saint Charles, Deportivo Saprissa (Costa Rica), FC Alliance (The Savior), FC Communications (Guatemala), CD Olympia, Motagua (Honduras) or Portmore United FC (Jamaica).

Whatever the opponent, Coapa's team will be a visitor in the first leg of the round of 16 and will define the series at home in the Azteca Stadium.
