The sentence of ERE case, the biggest plot of corruption in the history of Andalusia, has been made public this Tuesday, 11 months after the end of the trial. The instruction started in 2009 and investigated the alleged uncontrolled diversion of 680 million public funds. The only two acquitted have been Manuel Gomez, andx General Controller of the Board (2000-2010), and Francisco del Rio, andChief of Legal Office (2001-2008). Jose Antonio Grinan | Six years in prison

Former Chairman of the Board (2009-2013) and former Andalusian Minister of Economy and Finance (2004-2009). Sentenced to six years in jail and 15 for disqualification by prevarication in contest with embezzlement.





Manuel Chaves | Nine years of disqualification

Former president of the Junta de Andalucia (1990-2009). Sentenced to nine years of disqualification by prevarication.





Gaspar Zarrias | Nine years of disqualification

Former Minister of the Presidency (1996-2009). Sentenced to nine years of disqualification by prevarication.





Magdalena Alvarez | Nine years of disqualification

Former Minister of Economy and Finance (1994-2004). Sentenced to nine years of disqualification by prevarication.





Jose Antonio Viera | Seven years in prison

Former Employment Counselor (2000-2004). Sentenced to seven years in jail and 18 years of disqualification for prevarication and embezzlement.





Antonio Fernandez | Seven years and 11 months in prison

Former Director of Employment (2004-2010). Sentenced to seven years, 11 months and one day in prison, and absolute disqualification for 19 years, six months and one day for embezzlement and prevarication.





Francisco Vallejo | Seven years in prison and 18 disqualification

Former Minister of Innovation, Science and Business (2004-2009). Sentenced for seven years seven years and one day in prison and absolute disqualification for 18 years and one day.





Carmen Martinez Aguayo | Six years in prison and 15 disqualification

Former Minister of Finance and Public Administration (2009-2013). Sentenced to seis years and two days in prison and 15 years of disqualification for embezzlement and prevarication.





Francisco Javier Guerrero | Seven years and 11 months in prison

Former Director General of Labor (1999-2008): Sentenced to seven years, eleven months and one day in prison and 19 and a half years of disqualification for prevarication and embezzlement.





Juan Marquez | Seven years in prison and 18 disqualification

Former Director General of Labor (2008-2010). Sentenced to seven years and one day in prison and 18 years of disqualification for prevarication and embezzlement.





Jose Salgueiro | Nine years of disqualification

Former Minister of Finance (2004) and former Minister of Finance (1990-2004). Sentenced to nine years of disqualification by prevarication.





Agustin Barbera | Seven years in jail and 18 disqualification

Former Employment Counselor (2004-2010). Sentenced to sie seven years and one day in prison and 18 years and one day of disqualification for prevarication and embezzlement.





Jesus Maria Rodriguez | Six years in prison and 15 disqualification

Former Vice Minister of Innovation (2005-2010) and former Vice President of the IFA-IDEA agency (2005-2008). Sentenced to seis years and two days in prison and 15 years and two days of disqualification for prevarication and embezzlement.





Miguel Angel Serrano | Six and a half years in prison and 17 in disqualification

Former director of the IFA-IDEA agency (2004-2008). Sentenced to seis years, six months and one day in prison and 17 years and one day of disqualification for prevarication and embezzlement.





Hyacinth Canete | Eight and a half years of disqualification

Former director of the IFA-IDEA agency (2008-2009). Sentenced to eight years, six months and one day of disqualification for a crime of prevarication.





Juan Francisco Sanchez | Nine years of disqualification

Former Technical Secretary General for Labor (2000-2004) and Innovation (2004-2010); and former Director of Administration and Finance of the IFA-IDEA agency (2010-2012). Sentenced to nNine years of disqualification by prevarication.





Javier Aguado | Nine years of disqualification

Former Secretary General of Labor (1994-2008). Sentenced to nNine years of disqualification by prevarication.





Lourdes Medina | Eight years and six months of disqualification

Former Technical General Secretary of Labor (2008-2012). Sentenced to orcho years, six months and one day of disqualification by prevarication.





Antonio Vicente Lozano | Nine years of disqualification

Former General Director of Budgets (2002-2009). Sentenced to nNine years of disqualification by prevarication.





Francisco del Rio | Acquitted

Former Chief of the Legal Office of the Board (2001-2008). Acquitted





Manuel Gomez | Acquitted

Former General Controller of the Board (2000-2010). Acquitted
