Mannheim (DP) – Master Adler Mannheim has won in the German Ice Hockey League, the prestigious duel against the Eisbaren Berlin clearly with 7: 3 (2: 1, 4: 0, 1: 2).
In the duel of the two clubs with the most championship titles (each 7) since the DEL introduction in 1994, the team of coach Pavel Gross sat down in the middle section with four goals crucial. With the victory, the Eagles remain behind the EHC Red Bull Munchen (54) and the Straubing Tigers (44) with 35 points from 20 third-placed games.
